The Zoning Officer records and files all applications and plans for permits. Please call the Land Use Office for permit requirements. Complaints, investigations and code enforcement are also handled by this office, as well as appeals to the Zoning Hearing Board. When certain applications cannot be granted, a special exception or variance must be obtained from the Zoning Hearing Board.

The Building Department handles all inspections of construction in the Township. A building permit is required for all construction. Inspections are handled by Keystone Municipal Services and are scheduled through the Township office at 215-249-3320. The inspection schedule runs on Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoons only. Please schedule 2-3 days in advance.
